This is an introductory Business Analysis class where students will acquire the knowledge, skills and techniques to analyze and validate business requirements, determine how to recommend real solutions to solve enterprise problems. Students will learn how to elicit, plan, monitor, test, document, manage, and communicate requirements in a varying SDLC option throughout the entire life cycle of a solution implementation project.
The course is designed according to the IIBA BABOK standards and focuses on project management methodologies and approach to implementation projects. The course practically discuss in intensive and extensive details, the roles of a Business Analysts. The goal is to tutor, groom and mentor students into Professional Business Analysts with skills, knowledge, techniques and capability to analyze, use modeling tools and deliver value on any kind of project engagement.
We strongly believe that Business Analysis practice is highly experience intensive, there are a lot of aspiring business analyst who do not have the practical experience required by most employers.
